Document Search

The Document Search component searches for documents withing our Salsify data. Add it to your page through the PageBuilder.

The Document Search component allows for multiple options:

  • Brands: This will determine what branded documents will be included in the results.
  • Document Types: Only document types added to this list will be displayed in the results.
  • Filter Types: The filter types to make available to the user (By Series, By Product, By Fuel Type, By Unit Type, By Style)
  • Info Text/ Info Modal Image: Entering a text & image here will provide the user guidance via a link under the search box.
  • Include Discontinued Documents: Documents for discontinued products will be included in the search.
  • Include International Documents: Documents of all languages will be included.
  • Enable Lead Forensics Tracking: When checked, BIM and CAD downloads will be tracked with Lead Forensics.
