Coupon Request Form Details

This form posts the form directly to Salesforce.

• Salesforce Lead Type: Coupon Request
• Communication Endpoint: Contact Lead (/B2C/WebLeads)

Fields

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Phone
• Postal Code
• Brand of Interest (Only included on Fireplaces.com)

Optionally, may also include:

• Address 1
• City
• State

Url Parameters

• cid=PARENT-CHILD
  • if a parameter named “cid” is added to the url AND if the campaign id specified before the “-” (PARENT) equals the Campaign ID specified on the form, the CHILD campaign id will be sent along to Salesforce instead.
