Pro Help Request Form Details

Salesforce

This form posts the form directly to Salesforce.

  • Salesforce Lead Type: Pro Help Desk Request
    • Sub Lead Types (determined by Job Function, see below in Fields):
    • Prospect Architect Leads are assigned to the Leads Prospect Architect Queue in Salesforce which currently contain two people from the Architect group.
    • Prospect Builder Leads are assigned as follows: If the lead is in one of the cities where we have builder reps or national builder reps, the lead is assigned to them. Otherwise, it is assigned to the sales rep (member) for that region (by state).
  • Communication Endpoint: Contact Lead Internal (/B2C/WebLeadsInternal)

Url Parameters

  • cid=PARENT-CHILD
    • if a parameter named “cid” is added to the url AND if the campaign id specified before the “-” (PARENT) equals the Campaign ID specified on the form, the CHILD campaign id will be sent along to Salesforce instead.

Page Builder Components

    • Typically not used as it moved the form down the page.

Styles

Four style options to fit different content needs:

  1. Standard:
    • Used for the standard Pro Help Desk Form
    • ‘Additional Information’ displayed to the right of the overview
  2. Overlay:
    • Overlay style as offered with our Contact Request Form
    • Currently used by Stellar’s Request a Consult
  3. Cutout:
    • Used with an image in the Hero position at the top of the page
    • This style is only available with the Minimal Fields choice
  4. Border:
    • Similar to the Standard style, but with a border around the form.
