Unpublish a Product

For all the Brand>Product Pages as well as Products>Product you will unpublish each page.

NOTE: Model will need to be removed from all similar product, articles, any page with a link to the unit. Screen grabs below.

Go to the Brand>Product Page first.

Click the Published button in the upper middle.

If the product is linked to another page, it will show you a list. The work to remove that product must be done first.

Go into each article and remove reference to product.

To delete, click on the three dots and select Delete.

Go to lower right corner and click Publish.

Then go back Brand product page. In lower right, click the Unpublish button.

Once that is complete, you go back to the Draft in the upper middle.

Then scroll to the three dots in lower right, click and Delete.

For the Product page, you will need to remove the similar product it is linked to.

Once that is complete, you go back to the Draft in the upper middle.

Then scroll to the three dots in lower right, click and Delete.

Product will be removed.

For syndication as of April 8, 2026, Jeff has to manually remove. He is working out a function for it to be automated in the near future.
